After learning that Casia cinnamon could be harmful to my health, I stopped using it. I looked online for a place to purchase ceylon cinnamon and Piping Rock had the lowest price. I ordered it and it arrived very soon afterward. It comes in a large 1lb resealable bag. I poured some into a shaker and have been using it every morning in my coffee. Organic Ceylon Cinnamon Powder
I read that Ceylon is by far the best cinnamon for flavor and have found it to be true buying the organic Ceylon Cinnamon Powder from Piping Rock. I use it to make a simple fruit salad that everyone loves. I dice whole organic apples with the skin on, add raisins or dried cranberries, walnuts, Ceylon Cinnamon and honey and sometimes I add some tangerine or orange and mix it up! When I opened my package of Organic Ceylon Cinnamon Powder and took in its aroma, it was off put by it's fruitiness. However, when I tasted it I was pleasantly surprised by its light and delicious flavor.
